VILLA MATTEA - GROSSETO AREA Located close to the medieval town of Grosseto in Tuscany, Villa Mattea is an eco-friendly modern villa with a private swimming pool. Set at the top of a hill with splendid views spanning from Marina di Grosseto to the ski slopes of Monte Amiata, the villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Within a short driving distance, you will find a restaurant and supermarket and, the town of Grosseto (15 km), offers shops, restaurants, and more. Villa Mattea is a 160 square metre villa which develops over two levels. The villa is set in 4-hectares of land, which includes the owners’ house where they live all year round. They will be happy to help you discover the area and, their pool (5 m x 15 m; max depth 1.4 m; open all year and can be heated from 15th June to end September if water temperature is below 22°), situated 300 metres away, can also be available. On the ground floor (at garden level) you will find a living room (with sofas and armchairs) and a fitness area (which opens on to the terrace) with a sauna, one bathroom (with shower) and gym equipment (including a training bench, weights, yoga mats and cardio bike). An internal or external staircase takes you to the upper floor (at pool level). Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen/dining room (with table seating 6) with access to the upper terraces. In the sleeping area you will find three twin/double bedrooms (with single beds that can be separate or joined together to form double beds), three bathrooms (with showers) and an office area (with desk and a large screen which can be connected to a laptop). Outside, the villa is set in a terraced garden with a private swimming pool (5m x 8 m; open all year round; heated May – September), outdoor shower (with hot water) and a bar. You will also find an outdoor dining area (with table seating 6), an outdoor kitchen area (with barbecue and gas stove) and outdoor relaxation areas (with comfortable outdoor furniture).
