Situated in the Golden Rectangle near Carmel Point, guests can stroll over to Mission Ranch for Happy Hour cocktails, explore Carmel River Beach, the Mission Trail or Carmel Meadows trail systems and Point Lobos State Reserve. Shopping and dining options are many, including the Barnyard and Crossroads Shopping Centers, downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and nearby coastal towns like Monterey and Pacific Grove. Furnished and equipped for your comfort and convenience, this inviting vacation home is ready to welcome you for your stay in Carmel and we are certain that you’ll want to return again and again. Living Space Ocean views over Carmel Point toward Point Lobos are seen from multiple rooms in the home. Snuggle up on the handsome tufted leather sofa. A gas fireplace warms the living room on cool coastal nights and the TV has XFinity cable by Comcast for watching your favorite shows when you want a night in. A library corner is full of books for your reading pleasure. Acacia wood floors, attractive area rugs and warm-toned walls contribute to the cozy ambience. Kitchen and Dining The recently remodeled kitchen is adorned with travertine floor tile, solid quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The efficient kitchen is fully-equipped so you can enjoy creating meals at home, and when you want to dine out, the local options are many. The dining area is in the main living area, directly adjacent to the kitchen, and is the perfect space for sharing intimate meals and conversation. A convenient propane BBQ grill is located on the balcony, along with some seating options. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Both bedrooms have cozy wall to wall Berber carpet and a television. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, generous closet space, a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. The recently remodeled en suite bathroom boasts a heated floor, skylight and frameless glass shower enclosure, as well as a "Rain shower" or hand spray and built-in seat. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, large closet and Ocean view. The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination and a heated floor. The home has a convenient laundry area with side by side front loading machines. Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly home. Parking for up to four cars is available in the driveway. A level II EV (electrical vehicle) charger is on hand (has a J OR J1772 universal connector and a long cord, but Tesla Owners should bring their own adaptor) This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
