Just a short drive away you’ll find charming coastal towns of Pacific Grove and Carmel-by-the-Sea with their galleries, museums, restaurants and shops, and attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos State Reserve and scenic drives through Pebble Beach® and Big Sur. Easy traveling from Monterey Regional Airport and just 1.5 hours from San Jose international airport.
Living Space
Ascend several steps to the elevated front door and the cheerful light yellow door welcomes you into this tastefully designed single level home. This inviting floor plan, with wood floors throughout, provides an abundance of natural light, warmth, and functionality prime for indoor-outdoor living.
The stylish living room has a large wall-mounted TV and ample seating. The stone-surround decorative fireplace has battery-operated candles to give off a nice glow.
An adjacent ’music room’ - is a small sun room separated from the dining area by glass doors. It has an intimate seating area and is a perfect place for the musically inclined to get out the music stand and strum the guitar or ukulele. Board games are also stored here.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped, open-concept kitchen will delight the chef in you with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a gas range and Caesarstone countertops. A peninsula countertop and stools provide a casual seating area and a separate island adds to the ample counter space. The sizable dining room has French doors that lead to the back deck.
The kitchen offers easy access to the private backyard deck that seamlessly flows into a spacious patio oasis with a propane BBQ grill. Six steps down from the deck take you into the fenced back yard.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. This is also where the stacked washer and dryer are located.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 is a large room with a queen bed, an optional full/double Murphy bed and a writing desk with a desk chair.
The hall bathroom has a claw foot bath tub and a separate standing shower with attractive copper fixtures. Subway tiles line the lower walls.
The attached 1-car garage is available for parking. A 120v outlet is on hand for charging electric vehicles - guests should bring their own cord and adaptor as needed.
Additional parking can be found on the street on a first come, first served basis.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.

With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
