Villa Sirena is located in a small hamlet, on the cliffs of beautiful Neapolitan coast. Within 300 metres you can find the nearest local shop and restaurant and at only 500m distance, there is a bus station. From this beautiful property, you can enjoy stunning view across the sea, the mountains dropping into the water, and the Amalfi Coast, as far as Capri and Punta Campanella. It is the perfect place for those looking for a romantic place to escape to, or groups of friends that want to discover the area. Positano town with its many bars, shops, restaurants and the beach is only 5km away. For a comfortable stay at the villa, we recommend a car; it can be parked at around 300 metres away in the pay & display parking on the street or in a public car park.
The villa develops on 3 levels, over 250 square metres and comes with a private heated swimming pool, terraces and can be accessed from the street level by going down 70 steps.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
