You’ll forget your cares the moment you step inside this cheerful, family-friendly beach home. Sitting directly across from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this retreat is sure to become your favorite spot for a relaxing beach vacation. NO PETS.
This home features all-new flooring and stunning water views from every room—no carpets! The spacious great room includes a 55" TV visible from all angles, while the dining area offers seating for eight at a custom hand-crafted table, plus a breakfast bar for three. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, and plenty of space for multiple chefs. A new washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.
Buckeye comfortably sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, all with brand-new beds. The primary suite features a king bed, while the other three rooms each have a queen. Every bedroom offers beautiful views of either the Gulf or the Sound and includes a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms have been recently updated—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub.
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large front deck as you watch pelicans soar by and feel the sea breeze. New outdoor furniture provides an additional dining or snacking space. A newly built deck extends along the back of the house, offering another perfect spot to dine, relax, and take in the breathtaking summer sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for.
After a day of swimming and shelling, rinse off in the private outdoor hot/cold shower under the house. A charcoal grill is also available. Explore the island by bike, foot, or jog along the multi-use path, or take advantage of nearby rentals for bicycles, kayaks, golf carts, and surfboards—delivered right to your door. The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is just two miles east, offering a great spot for fishing and people-watching.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free home, and events are not permitted. The minimum rental age is 25.
