The interior of our property is thoughtfully designed to create coziness and well-appointed living spaces with unique elements that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in style while enjoying the desert’s natural beauty from every window, this inviting oasis is only 15 minutes from Joshua Tree town, shops, and local restaurants. - Induction stove: Only activates when a pot or pan is placed on top. - Tent: Always keep the zipper fully closed when leaving the property to prevent sand from getting in and to avoid wind damage. - We offer hotel slippers that you may use while at our home - Grill & fireplace: Both run on propane. ◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. Pets Pets are allowed at the property fee per pet $95, for 2 pets $195. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. La Noche offers stylish and comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. Our bedroom is designed to provide a peaceful haven for your nightly respite. It ensures a quiet and relaxing space where you can unwind after each day’s adventures. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals, please. ✦ Our pool and spa maintenance services are twice a week.
