Ideally located just a short stroll from the charming village of Paradou and its famous Bistrot, it’s the perfect retreat for family or friends’ holidays. The Main Mas (160 m²) Spacious and full of charm, the main house features a large open living area with a lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements: 1 en-suite bedroom on the ground floor (shower, WC, basin) Upstairs: 1 en-suite bedroom (shower, WC, basin) 2 further bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds 1 shared shower room 1 separate WC ✅ A cooling unit is installed in the upstairs hallway to serve all three bedrooms. 🚫 No air conditioning on the ground floor, but the brick construction keeps the house naturally cool in summer. 🏡 The Guest House / Apartment (65 m²) Completely independent, it includes: A living room with lounge area, equipped kitchen, and dining space 1 double bedroom 1 shower room 1 separate WC The guest house has its own small garden, which can connect to the main house’s garden, where you’ll find the private swimming pool. ✅ A cooling unit is also available in the living room of the guest house. ✨ Included amenities: High-quality bed linens and towels Fully equipped kitchen with elegant tableware, ideal for hosting Stylish, tasteful décor A Dutch bike available for morning croissant and baguette runs! Access to the entire villa and its outbuilding You can walk to the city center and hiking trails. You can rent a bike from the Paradou rental shop. I’m lending my Dutch bike to an adult only for hiking. Please take care of it. The accommodation consists of two villas. A main villa with its own terrace and arbor overlooking the garden and pool, and a separate two-person cottage separated from the main villa by a hedge. The pool measures 7 x 3 m, making it ideal for relaxation and refreshment. Children’s games, jumping, diving, and toys are not suitable for this pool. A shared parking area for both houses can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
