As our guest at Villa Bellevue, you’ll have access to the main areas of the villa, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. While a separate apartment in the basement is occupied by other residents, the glazed balcony and side patio/terrace are exclusively yours. This includes the hot tub, which is solely for your use. Please note that the front terrace is reserved for the basement apartment. Parking Information: Please note that 2 apartments share 1 parking slot, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and the EV charger is plug-and-play and free of charge. This means that if you vacate the parking spot and another guest takes it, you will need to wait until they move their vehicle before you can park again. From the bus stop just a couple of meters down the street, Bus #11 will take you to the city center in about 10 minutes. Apart from public transport, electric scooters are a popular choice and are often available in the area. If you’re traveling by car, you’ll have a dedicated parking spot next to the house, complete with an EV charger.
