Welcome to our brand-new vacation rental home. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit at the Waikoloa Colony Villas located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Once you enter the villa, you will be in our great room with brand new furniture, large flat screen tv, one-of-a-kind dining bench table and brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. On the main floor is a very private guest bedroom and full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next to full bathroom is a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. Off of the kitchen is your lanai with seating for 4 to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Go upstairs to your private master suite with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. The master suite has a cal-king bed (BRAND NEW BOX SPRING INSTALLED) and a large flat screen tv. Brand-new air-conditioning system just installed. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies or lanai area. No sweeping or dusting out of doors/sliders/windows. No loud noise from 10pm-8am. Please empty trash in trash area. No pets or animals allowed on property. No smoking. No soliciting in common areas. Park only is your designated/as instructed stalls. No repair work of vehicles on property. Please follow pool rules as indicated in pool area. No children under 12 are allowed without an adult. No fireworks are allowed. Call for availability on late check out, fee will be charged to credit card on file. Lost/Found- We will hold lost items for 7 days, if claimed prior to 7 days a $25 handling fee & shipping charge will be required to send back item. Notify KCP of any damages prior to check out so damage insurance report can be filed and processed at no extra charge to guest.
