This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to multiple beaches and right in the center of everything, including high-end shops and five-star dining. • Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Parking: There are two dedicated parking spaces in the underground community garage. • Pack n’ play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. • Events/parties, excessive noise and smoking are strictly prohibited. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
