Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Trash Instructions: Please bag all trash and place in appropriate trash chutes located on each floor of the high-rise. The trash chute room is located across from the main elevators
- • Pool Instructions: Beach Manor and The Tides offers a seasonally-heated pool for guests to use. Wristbands are not required for access however a KEY FOB located in the condo will gain you gate access to to the beach, pool, sauna and gym. Please return the KEY FOB on the hook upon departure. There is a $100 replacement fee if the FOB is found missing.
