The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #41 sleeps ten and is a great spot to relax in comfort with
multiple friends or families in this spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom
condo. Located on the top floor of building I, access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please.
When you are not dining in one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily
prepare a meal in the beautifully designed kitchen featuring granite
countertops and knotty alder cabinets, while enjoying the company of your
friends and family in the open-concept kitchen and living area.
Enjoy a meal around the table that seats ten or the breakfast bar with seating
for four.
The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around
a gas-burning fireplace, take in the mountain views through large windows, or
catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Reminisce about the day and
soak in the views on a private patio accessed through the glass doors.
The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an
abundance of natural light from the large sliding glass doors. The en suite
bathroom features a walk-in shower with lovely tile, and two separate vanities
with granite counter tops for added comfort. The second bedroom, on the main
level, offers two twin-sized beds that can be made into a king-size bed with
24-hour advance notice and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower
combination.
Three more bedrooms are located upstairs. The third bedroom features a
comfortable queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that
includes a double vanity with granite countertops and a beautiful tiled walk-
in shower. The fourth bedroom offers two twin-size beds that can be made into
a king-size bed with at least 24 hours advance notice. The shared bathroom
includes a bathtub and shower combination. The fifth bedroom includes a queen-
sized bed and en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, a portable AC
unit int he living room, four TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back
door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
