Upon entry to Red Pine Residence, located in Timbers neighborhood at Park
City’s Canyons Village, visitors will fall in love with their private mountain
getaway tucked in the pines with ski-in, ski-out access, six luxurious
bedrooms and bathrooms and elegantly furnished common areas. You will be
delighted to find each and every detail has been considered, inside and out.
Visitors will appreciate the secluded mountain feel and classic, mountain
contemporary design while enjoying its accessibility, including ski-in/ski-out
access to the largest ski resort In the United States and convenience to the
Canyons Village base area or Park City’s historic Main Street.
The home’s superior interior blends with Park City’s natural beauty featuring
vaulted ceilings and numerous open spaces for gathering.
The main level’s open floorplan includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen complete
with high-end appliances and furnishings and ample space for multiple cooks in
the kitchen. There’s plenty of seating for entertaining, including a dining
table with seating for eight located in the dining room and a breakfast bar
with seating for three.
The living area, which is surrounded by windows and doors, and filled with
high-end, comfortable furnishings brings the outside in and includes an
Instagram-worthy wood burning fireplace to warm up after a day on the hill or
exploring Park City. The adjacent mudroom offers ample storage and easy access
to the trail for ski-In/ski-out access when conditions allow.
The sleeping quarters on the main level of the home include the main suite and
a guest bedroom. The main suite features a king bed dressed with luxurious
bedding and a private wood-burning fireplace. The elegant main bathroom
includes a walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, his and her sinks, a vanity table,
and a sumptuous heat lamp to warm up after a chilly day on the slopes. Double
doors and surrounding windows bring in natural light and the lush landscaping
of the home.
The guest bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed, a private gas
fireplace, and, of course, views of the property’s Park City pines.
Three additional guest suites with plush king beds and private bathrooms are
located upstairs along with the ’kids’ room’ that includes two twin beds and a
trundle for vacation sleepovers on repeat. The home’s upstairs also offers a
lounge with vaulted ceilings and an office nook offering visitors the
opportunity to spread out while providing space for privacy, conversation, or
a heated game of rummy.
Heading to the lower level, guests will adore the game room and a wet bar both
which are perfect for entertaining or challenging friends and family to a
board game or movie night. A full bathroom makes post-ski day showering
convenient for the whole group.
The home’s private laundry will come in handy after each day’s pursuits.
Search for shooting stars while enjoying the private hot tub (winter only) and
take in the Park City landscape with multiple seating areas surrounding the
