The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
This spacious condo, Snow Flower #122, offers two bedrooms, a loft, and three
bathrooms, and is located on the third floor of building III. Access to Park
City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw
away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Easily prepare your favorite meal in this well-appointed kitchen featuring
granite countertops, tile flooring, and modern appliances. Enjoy conversation
with your loved ones around the dining table which offers seating for six with
additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
The living room invites you to relax on the leather couch and chairs around a
gas-burning fireplace and catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen
TV. Access to the private balcony through the sliding glass door is perfect
for après ski while overlooking the Aspen grove.
The main suite, located on the first floor of the condo, features a king-sized
bed, a 45" wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an abundance of
natural light through the picture window. The en suite bathroom includes a
double vanity with granite countertops and a gorgeous walk-in shower with tile
surround and glass doors.
The second bedroom on the main floor has two twin-sized beds, which can be
made into a king-sized bed with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The shared
bathroom includes a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and a new vanity with
granite countertops.
The loft has been enclosed with windows for added privacy and includes three
twin-sized beds, two of which can be made into a king-sized bed with at least
24 hours advanced notice. The loft’s en suite bathroom features a bathtub and
shower combination.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, two TV’s, wall
safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
