Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ● There shall be no more than eight (8) persons present at any one time within each residential unit. ● There shall be no use of any other outdoor entertainment areas between 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- ● There shall be no use of amplified music.
- ● Any noisy activities should only occur inside after 10pm with windows and doors closed.
- ● All vehicles, including those used by visitors are to be parked on the site.
- ● Rubbish bins are to go out on collection day and be brought back in as soon as possible after being emptied.
