This vacation home has one of the best location and views available in the popular Rendezvous neighborhood, which is only a short 5 minute drive away from Winter Park Resort. A FREE shuttle is available just down the street which will drop you off in the middle of the new base village where you can enjoy the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just across the street from the neighborhood is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children’s playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking and children’s playground. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
