Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless āGrace Periodā applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please be aware and respect our house rules
- ā ļø House rules:
- š¤« Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
- š If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
- š¬ Smoking outside is permitted.
- š¾ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240
- š« NO underage consumption or drugs
- š NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.
- šā ļø A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
- šHot Tub House Rulesš:
- Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250
- To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:
- š Use beach towels only, no bath towels
- š« Max Occupancy is 7
- šø No kids allowed without adult supervision
- š« No Diving or Jumping
- šš„¤No Food or Drinks in the Hot Tub
- š«š„No glass around the hot tub
- š§¼ Keep it clean
- š¤«Respect Neighbors (keep noise levels down)
- š No Smoking while in the hot tub
