The beach is just steps away from the front door! As far as location, you cannot beat the walkable proximity to local restaurants, bars, coffee shops and attractions!  The kitchen has all of the essentials for a comfortable stay, including all cooking basics (olive oil, salt, pepper), plenty of dish ware, coffee machine (with filters and ground coffee provided), microwave, stove/oven, big fridge and brand new dishwasher!  Washer and dryer as well as all supplies have been stocked for your convenience. Linens and towels are included.  Enjoy the BBQ grill, situated on the private patio just outside the back door!  Just a few feet away and your toes are in the sand! You can’t beat the value!  There is another unit situated on the property towards the back where we host short-term rental guests. They have their own space completely separate from this home.  THE LAYOUT -  Unit A has a solid 2/1 layout: BEDROOMS: One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other a Double. BATHROOM:  is situated between the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a walk in shower. ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: Full Sofabed LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it’s up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen’s Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day’s advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information! SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The home located adjacent to this house is entirely separate. They have their own space and their own amenities. **The deck above their unit is private and for their use only. Dog friendly ONLY other pets will not be considered due to allergies. **WITH FEE** If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! **Property Manager Guests: Property Manager does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** We recommend renting a car to get around, or heading over to Drifters 2 blocks away and renting bikes! Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. NOISE LEVELS: There are long term tenants living in the house behind the home you’ve rented. We ask you to be considerate of the tenants in the other house by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am. Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice. Dog friendly only. 1 dog total allowed Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn’t cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture.
