The building is located in a cosy neighbourhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping and service points. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is only 50 metres! This is an excellent location for people who love relaxing by the Baltic shore and admiring picturesque sunsets. Near the flat, there are many dining establishments available, offering tasty local cuisine and more. The nearest restaurants are: Level 5 Restaurant with a view of the sea, Fish fry ,,Bałtyckie rarytasy", Bistro Tropicana. Enthusiasts of active leisure can take advantage of numerous bicycle paths, including the coastal Eurovelo bicycle route, which takes about 40 minutes to reach Kołobrzeg, located nearby.
