The space Welcome to ’In the Stars!’ This BRAND NEW beach home is LOADED with amenities - you’ll have everything you need and more for the most perfect getaway! Just steps from the sand! As you step inside, the first-floor game room invites fun and relaxation with a shuffleboard table, a convenient kitchenette with full size refrigerator, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests! This floor also features a ping pong table in the garage, half bathroom, and with three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The first is a King room with direct access out to the pool area. The second is another King room, and the last is a bunk room with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. Walk through the sliding glass doors through the game room to the ultimate outdoor oasis, featuring a resort-style pool deck complete with a private heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and sink. There’s plenty of grass space to let the kids play sports or corn hole, plus a basketball hoop in the driveway for extra entertainment! The second floor is the heart of the home. Here you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, a wet bar, and sliding doors that lead to a large balcony overlooking the backyard. The balcony features an outdoor dining table as well as oversized round chairs for lounging. Going back inside, the dining area boasts two large wooden dining tables and plenty of surrounding bench seating, making it perfect for group meals! The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with dual ovens, a six-burner stove with part built-in griddle, bar seating for six, and a large walk-in pantry/scullery. A second half bath is also located on this floor. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, the first being a luxurious master suite with a King bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower and dual shower heads. The other is a bunk room with two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks and its own en-suite bathroom. Moving up to the third floor, a cozy den with a sectional sofa, TV, and access to the large balcony offers the perfect place to unwind! The last three bedrooms are also located on this floor. The third-floor master is a true retreat, featuring a King bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower with dual shower heads, and a separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have King beds and en-suite bathrooms with glass showers, and one of these two rooms also has access to the balcony. Finally, make your way to the top, the fourth-floor rooftop deck! It is partially covered with a dining/game table, and the uncovered portion is perfect for sunbathing with stunning views of the Gulf! Guests will have PRIVATE community beach access at Green Street, ONLY a 2-min walk from the home - the perfect way to avoid any crowds! You’re also conveniently located very close to The Big Chill, Publix, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue! All of these places have world-class dining and entertainment options - too many to list! (sleeps 8) SECOND FLOOR -Living Room with fireplace, wet bar, large balcony overlooking backyard, -Dining Room -Kitchen -Half Bathroom -Bedroom 4 (Master): King bed, private balcony access, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large glass shower with dual showerheads (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 5: Bunk Room with two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, shower/tub combination (sleeps 8) THIRD FLOOR -Den Area -Bedroom 6 (Master): King bed, balcony access, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower with dual showerheads, separate soaking tub (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 7: King bed, balcony access, en-suite bathroom with glass shower (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 8: King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower (sleeps 2) FOURTH FLOOR -Rooftop deck with Gulf Views! There is also a pack n’ play available at the home for guests’ use! Guest access There is parking for ~5 cars in the driveway. Guests will have complimentary access to a 6-seater LSV/golf cart and 6 bikes. Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of Seacrest to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
