The expansive great room features a wall of windows that brings the emerald green waters and pearly white sand right into view—even when you’re lounging inside. With open-concept living, your whole group can gather to cook, dine, relax, or catch a movie on the 55" flat-screen TV while enjoying the ever-changing scenery of dolphins, turtles, and seabirds just outside. No pets.
The high-end kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and custom cabinetry. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet meal or a simple snack, you’ll have everything you need—including plenty of space to enjoy it. There’s dining room seating for eight, a breakfast bar for three, and even a table out on the balcony for meals with a view.
A queen bedroom with flat-screen TV and a full bath are located on the main level, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite is a true retreat. Enjoy a jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double vanities, and a private water closet in the en suite bath.
