From sunrise to sunset, you’ll have a front-row seat to nature’s beauty. The chef’s kitchen is a dream come true, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, high-end cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that seats four. The adjoining living and dining areas offer ample space for the whole group to gather, relax, and dine in style. On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy queen-sized bedroom with a private bath (tub/shower combo) and balcony overlooking the Sound. A convertible chair in this room offers additional sleeping space for a little one. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite is your personal sanctuary. With a tray ceiling, private Gulf-front balcony, and spa-like ensuite bathroom—including a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in tiled shower, and dual sinks—it’s the perfect space to unwind. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves just outside your door. Down the hall, you’ll find a second queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps two), both with their own Sound-view balconies and a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat-screen TVs for your enjoyment. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the private outdoor hot/cold shower on the ground level. There’s a secure outdoor storage unit for your beach gear, a gas grill for your cookouts, and a dining area with Adirondack chairs to soak up the salty breeze. Your small pup is welcome to join you with prior owner approval (max 2 dogs, $200 pet fee per pet). Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach and cats are not permitted. Smoking and events are not allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25.
