All bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, and there’s no carpeting anywhere in the home. The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day fee. A convenient half bath is located next to the pool, along with an outdoor shower and an additional fridge for your “pool drinks.” For even more fun, head to the second garage, where you’ll find a flat-screen TV, dartboard, ping pong table, and free-standing ice maker. Smoking is not permitted in the home, on the decks, or on the grounds, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25, and occupancy limits are strictly adhered to.
