The comfy sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper for extra accommodations.
The spacious, sun-drenched kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and two separate meal prep areas. A bright breakfast nook with a Santa Rosa Sound view offers a peaceful corner for morning coffee. A convenient half bath completes the main floor.
Every room in Coastal Kiwi offers a water view, and the entire home is carpet-free for easy beach living. A private beach walkover provides direct access to the shoreline, making your beach days effortless and fun.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite boasts a private Gulf front balcony—drift off to the sound of waves and wake up to a stunning sunrise. The en suite bath includes dual sinks and a large tub/shower combo. The second king-sized bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Sound, while the third bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk with a trundle and its own Gulf front balcony—rare and ideal for families or kids. These two rooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a full-sized laundry room is also located on this level.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower or head down to the garage for a little friendly competition at the ping pong or foosball tables. A gas grill is available for outdoor meals, and the driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles.
Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner’s permission and a $200 per pet fee, with a maximum of two small dogs allowed. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.
There is one outdoor security camera on the back deck facing the Gulf. It is for insurance purposes only, is not monitored, and will only be accessed in the event of an incident.
Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies. No events are permitted, and the minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
Coastal Kiwi is located right next to Dottie’s Sandbar, so if your group needs multiple units, you’re in luck.
