Bright Sands is an end-unit townhome located right on the beach, with a private dune crossover that will have your toes in the sand in seconds. Comfortable and spacious for up to 10 guests, the home features an open-concept living area with an updated granite and stainless steel kitchen, a breakfast bar for four, a dining table for six, and cozy couches to relax in. A wall of windows opens onto the Gulf-front deck, offering breathtaking views of the water.
The main floor includes a convenient half bath and a bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a full private bath. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a Gulf-front balcony, and an en suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower, tub, and dual sinks. Down the hall, two queen bedrooms each have sound-view balconies, with a full bath in between. All four bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Additional amenities include covered parking for two cars with extra space for three more, a private locked ground-floor closet for beach gear, and a charcoal grill. Small dogs are welcome with the owner’s permission, with a $200 pet fee per pet (maximum of two dogs, no cats). Please note that dogs are not permitted on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and on the balconies, and events are not allowed. The minimum rental age is 25.
For larger groups, Bright Sands is in the same complex as The Sea & The Stars, Serenity Sands, and Goin’ Coastal. Enjoy a relaxing getaway where the glistening white sand and emerald green waters will soothe your mind, body, and soul.
