The large primary bedroom on the upper level is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring an en suite bath with a soaker tub and a tiled walk-in shower. Wake up to breathtaking water views and unwind on your private deck with a morning coffee The heart of this home is the expansive open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and designed for both culinary enthusiasts and casual cooks alike. The living and dining areas seamlessly flow together, creating a welcoming space for socializing and relaxation.  There is even a desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation! The first-floor queen bedroom offers both convenience and comfort, providing an en suite bath for added privacy. The two additional bedrooms on the upper level share a Jack n Jill bath, ensuring that every guest enjoys a touch of luxury. Up one flight is the queen-sized primary with private deck and water views.  The en suite bath is pure luxury with dual sinks, soaker tub, tiled walk-in shower and separate water closet. The two additional bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen and the other with a pull-out couch share a Jack n Jill bath, ensuring that every guest enjoys a touch of luxury. A set of twin bunks is also tucked up here so the kiddos can have their own spot. (note that bunks are built into the upstairs hallway and aren’t in a separate room)  Multiple decks adorn this coastal paradise, offering various spots for lounging, dining, and entertaining. Whether you’re sipping cocktails during a vibrant sunset or enjoying a leisurely brunch al fresco, these outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories. Embark on aquatic adventures with the complimentary kayak and bikes included in your stay. Explore the nearby waters or take a leisurely ride along the scenic coastal paths. For a more laid-back experience, just steps away is the community pool invites you to cool off and unwind in a serene environment.  The path to a private soundside beach is just outside your door....a great spot when the Gulf is too rough for the kids! This beachy and airy retreat also features a hot/cold outdoor shower, electric charging station for your convenience and the option to park up to four cars (2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage).  Gas grill. With decorator furnishings and meticulous attention to detail, our custom home promises an idyllic blend of luxury and coastal charm. This home is not pet friendly, smoking is not permitted in the home or on the decks, and the stated occupancy of 10 is strictly adhered to.  Minimum age to rent is 25.  This property has an elevator that can not be locked.
