This stylish apartment for 5 people, in the heart of Chamonix, has panoramic mountain views. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe, the apartment offers everything you might want for the perfect holiday all year round.
On the first floor of a smart new development, the apartment has been carefully created to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area has large glass doors that lead onto a private balcony, where there is a table and chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy meals al fresco. Indoors, the sitting area has a comfortable sofa, plus a flat screen tv, plus a dining table and chairs. The well-equipped kitchen is next to the dining area. Guests will find a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The cosy master bedroom, with wooden panelling, has 2 single beds which can be joined.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed, an upper single bed and a wardrobe.
The bedrooms are separated by an inter-connecting door so can be joined. Please note that the master bedroom does not have a window, so you can open the door for ventilation.

The attractive tiled bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin, washing machine and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix. All the facilities of the Mont Blanc region are on your doorstep.
To get up into the mountains for hiking or skiing the Brevent Cable Car is just a 6-minute drive. These slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.
During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking; white water rafting; golf; rock climbing; paragliding and horse riding. There are tennis courts 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
For self-catering, Chamonix’s weekly market (every Saturday morning) in Place du Mont Blanc (7-minute walk) is the best place to pick up local produce. Alternatively, there are supermarkets and smaller shops within 5 minutes of the apartment.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 10-minute drive. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just a 5-minute walk.

No trip to Chamonix would be complete without experiencing its cable cars. The Aiguille du Midi cable car ascends over 3,800 meters providing breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and surrounding peaks. Similarly, the Montenvers railway takes visitors up to see the Mer de Glace glacier.
