A huge kitchen with a farm style table for 8, and a double height dining room with another extra-large table seating an additional 8 people, that then opens to a large screen porch. Gather in the main level living space or find a comfortable seat in the basement for a family movie night. Try out your skills on the foosball table, friendly competition of course! OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE The front screened in porch of this home has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling, including ceiling fans for extra air flow on a warm day. Catchin’ Some Rays has an outdoor space for guests to gather with party lights, a custom-built walkway, patio area with chairs and a fire pit, and manicured lawn! PARKING 2 parking spaces along the street in front of the house, 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the landscaping or in front of the neighboring homes. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No PARTIES -No Prom Parties -No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. Catchin’ Some Rays rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
