This elegant duplex apartment for 5 occupies the third floor (with a lift) of a historic building on Genoa’s vibrant waterfront, less than a 10-minute walk from both Porto Antico and The Aquarium of Genoa.
The property’s charming interior features an incredible double-height, open-plan living room with huge picture windows and a restored decorative painted ceiling. The living space is furnished with a double sofa-bed, an armchair and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
Outside, the apartment enjoys a sun-drenched balcony. Accessible from the kitchen this is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif whilst enjoying an incredible view of the sea.

The property is situated in the city of Genoa on the Ligurian coastline of northwest Italy, a 10-minute walk from the town’s historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here guests will find one of the largest medieval quarters in Europe with narrow alleyways lined with ancient palaces, churches and bustling squares.
"Porto Antico," the revitalised waterfront is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and full of shops, restaurants and attractions, including The Aquarium of Genoa (an 8-minute walk), one of the largest aquariums in Europe.
Sun worshipers will enjoy the beautiful beaches of Boccadasse and Vernazzola, both a 15-minute drive away and Rapallo (a 35-minute drive). Visitors can also explore the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 40-minute drive and the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 50-minute drive).
