Built from the ground up by skilled Apulian artisans using the local Pietra Leccese, the Masseria reflects a deep respect for tradition and craftsmanship. In July 2020, the property was expanded and fully renovated under the guidance of a Lecce-based architect. The result is a harmonious mix of original charm and modern comfort.
DESCRIPTION
As you enter through the main gate, you’re greeted by a two-hectare olive grove—home to ancient trees that add character and a sense of continuity with the land. Their presence contributes to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere that defines the estate.
The Masseria includes a main residence and a separate guest unit, each designed to offer privacy and comfort.
MAIN BUILDING
In the main villa, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, and two large refrigerators. A restored antique oak table extends to seat up to ten guests—ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area, which features an open fireplace made of local tufo stone, adding a warm, rustic touch. The adjoining living room offers a comfortable space to read, watch TV, or simply enjoy the view.
Both the kitchen and dining area open onto the internal courtyard, where a well-kept lawn and olive trees invite you to spend time outdoors.

The master bedroom features a four-poster king-size bed, wardrobe, cabinet, writing desk, and an en-suite bathroom with double sink and a walk-in shower. An additional twin/double bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom with double sink and a shower and a TV, offers a comfortable and welcoming space. Two additional twin or double bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom, which includes both a bathtub and a separate rain shower. The rooms can be connected, making them a practical option for families or small groups. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV and DVD player—ideal for a bit of entertainment or downtime. A desk is also available for anyone who needs a quiet place to focus or get some work done.
INDEPENDENT UNIT - PAJARA
Located just 30 meters from the main building, between the kitchen/living area and the open lawn, a second independent unit offers additional privacy and comfort. Built in stone and inspired by the traditional shape of a pajara—a flat-roofed trullo—this separate space includes a twin or double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a shower, and a TV. It’s a great option for teenagers, a nanny, or visiting guests looking for a bit more independence during their stay.
The Masseria offers plenty of spaces for outdoor dining, relaxation, and leisure. Whether you choose a sun lounger or a shaded sofa, there’s always a quiet corner to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two covered dining areas—one set in the landscaped garden, the other in the main courtyard—provide ideal spots for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.
As evening falls, head up to the roof terrace with an Aperol Spritz in hand and take in the wide-open views. From here, the landscape stretches across olive-covered hills and white-stone villages. On clear days, you might even catch a glimpse of the Adriatic Sea and, in the distance, the coast of Albania.
