A contemporary ground-floor apartment, with its own terrace and garden, offering spectacular mountain views, which makes the perfect destination for an exciting holiday at any time of year.
The apartment, which sleeps 5 people, is in a modern residence, on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix. The living area is full of light, thanks to glass sliding doors which lead out to the garden and uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond. The spacious room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for five. Next to this is the kitchen which has been beautifully fitted out and is equipped with a combined cooker/induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and drip coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobe, has a glass door onto the terrace with direct access to the private garden.
Bedroom 2: This unique bedroom has a double bed and a single bunk bed overhead.

There is a utility room next to the bathroom which houses a washing machine and storage space.

The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix, just a 2-minute walk from the lifts for the Brévent skiing area, ski slopes and shuttle buses. Guests can enjoy easy access to the mountains at any time of year.
The slopes nearby are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. In the summer months, there are multiple hiking trails and mountain bike routes to choose from.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, with banks, a weekly market, and supermarkets nearby.
Geneva airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.
