On the raised ground floor there is an open plan living room with a comfortable sofa, traditional wood-burning stove, flatscreen TV and a dining table that seats 4 people. The modern, open plan kitchen has a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. An outside staircase leads up to an independent studio apartment under the pitched roof. This open-plan studio has a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table for 2, a double bed and French windows leading out to a private balcony. The extensive fenced garden has a neat lawn and looks out onto the lush countryside. A covered terrace has a table, chairs and a large brick grill, ideal for outdoor dining.
