This charming property combines the sensitive restoration of a traditional village house with a stylish modern design. In a quiet area of central Argentière, this ground-floor apartment has it all.
Set in its own private garden with stunning views towards Mont Blanc, the apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort and is the perfect holiday retreat all year round. The spacious living room is beautifully fitted out with slate floors, stone and wooden walls and a large double glass door leading directly onto the garden. The garden has a wooden table with benches for relaxed outdoor dining. Back inside the sitting room has a large stylish sofa, wooden writing desk, coffee table and a corner wood-burning stove.
The dining room has a contemporary wooden table and seats 4 people. It is next to the separate, airy kitchen which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Both bedrooms are accessed via steep wooden stairs from the dining room.

Bedroom 1: The cosy master bedroom is lined with pine wood. There is a double bed and wooden wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This airy bedroom has a double bed with a mirrored wardrobe.

Location
In a quiet area of central Argentière, the maisonette is within walking distance of ski lifts and shuttle buses, to allow access to the mountains all year round. The Télécabine Plan Joran cable car; which takes skiers, mountain bikers, climbers and hikers to the famous Grands Montets area, is just a 15-minute walk from the property.
The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. The Chamonix valley is an exciting holiday destination all year round. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. In the winter it is famous for its wide range of snow sports. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 25-minute drive from the property. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express. Argentière station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
