The two-level holiday house is located on the seashore and has its very own private garden. A perfect accompaniment to this setup is the house’s covered patio with outside dining and a BBQ. The air-conditioned, semi-detached house is also a perfect getaway for large families as it is child-friendly and has a private parking space.
The kitchenette of the vacation house is adequately equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a cooker hob for a hassle-free, self-serviced stay.
An active vacation is guaranteed in Island’s Centro Sportivo which features a pool park with 4 pools. There is even an Olympic-size pool with underwater windows, along with additional features like water jet nozzles, a water fountain, a children’s slide, and a sloping bottom in the pool park. Water and beach activities are aplenty, as the Centro Spotivo’s equipped beach has sports like volleyball, tennis, and soccer. A leisure team here leads a water gym, muscle warm-up, postural training, and more. The residence is just a 5-minute drive from the Albarella Golf course and offers discounted rates for all our guests.
Unwinding is easy on this faraway natural oasis as the Chiringuito kiosk near the beach serves mixed salads, cold platters, cocktails, and long drinks! One can even immerse themselves in nature via activities like bird-watching that are offered on this island that has almost 150 species of trees.
An entertainment team is present to ensure that guests of all age groups have a great experience.

- Situated Valle da Pesca area. It is important to inform guests that this category of the houses is situated at the beginning of the island and nearby there is a restaurant-bar "Il Rustico" which organizes evening musical events.
- Small/medium pets are allowed on request only if booked immediately + against a charge of 20 €/day/pet. (charges paid on-site.)

Location
The vacation rental has tennis and golf located at one kilometre distance. Three delightful restaurants on the island ensure that there a variety of cuisines are accessible and enjoyed by the guests, including Veneto and Italian ones. The centre of the island has the Albarella Adventure Park suitable for all age groups with attractions made of eco-sustainable materials. The island located between Po Delta Lagoon and the Adriatic Sea can be explored through boat rentals and even on horseback.
With a northern Adriatic atmosphere, the island provides the guests with some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The island, located some 70 kilometres south of Venice, is connected to the mainland via a bridge and accessed through a pass ensuring the privacy of the island and the guests. Albarella has also been declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. The Marco Polo International airport is about 70 kilometres from here.
