The property is completely fenced and boasts a large garden area with lawn, trees and plants. The terrace features a beautiful chlorine pool of 7 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.9 metres, where you can cool down. There also are 10 sun loungers where you can relax while admiring the views to the fields. The parasols will be perfect to enjoy a good reading under the shade. You can organise exciting matches of tennis table with your family or friends. You will find a barbecue and a table with chairs under the porch so that you can enjoy your evenings alfresco.
The finca is completely fenced and has a huge garden area with lawn, plants and trees. On the terrace there is a beautiful chlorine pool, 7m x 4m and a depth of 1.5m to 1.9m, where you can cool off, as well as 10 sunbeds so you can relax and enjoy the views of the countryside. There are also umbrellas if you prefer the shade while reading a book. Thanks to the ping-pong table you can organise exciting tournaments with your family or friends. There is a barbecue, a table and chairs under the porch so you can organise outdoor dinners.
Inside, the spacious living-dining room is equipped with three comfortable sofas to watch Astra TV (mostly German channels and a few in English and French) or a DVD movie. The kitchen has everything you need: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge and much more. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms so it is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, you will find one of them with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Going upstairs, you will find another bathroom with bathtub and 3 other bedrooms: one with double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace and two with two single beds. All 4 bedrooms have wardrobe and air conditioning. We can prepare a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.
At 3 km from the house you will find Inca, a village in the centre of the island, quiet and with shops where you can find everything you need for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, Mallorcan restaurants, shops, bakeries and its well-known market every Thursday, which has been held for more than 7 centuries. The most interesting places to visit are its three churches, dating back to the 13th century, its monastery of San Bartolomé or the hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on the top of a small mountain declared of natural interest, which is also an excellent viewpoint over the whole island. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença, which are half an hour’s drive away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
