The Palladio "A" is a lively apartment of about 160 square meters, exceptionally well located in a quiet and typical Venetian area of the Dorsoduro district, along the Zattere waterfront.
The great advantage is the wide view of the Giudecca canal and the Church of the Redentore, which captures the sunlight and the precious local atmosphere.
It is located a few steps from the Basilica della Salute, probably the best place in the city for a walk in the sun and an exceptional view of the San Marco Basin. Public transport, the Spirito Santo vaporetto stop, line 6, which is right next to the apartment, takes only 15 minutes (2 stops) to reach the Lido, allowing guests to easily access the beach, while the Salute stop, line 1, which is a 3-minute walk away, connects with only 1 stop to Piazza San Marco. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana with the François Pinault Foundation are around the corner.
It consists of a total of 4 double bedrooms that can be prepared as twins on request and 3 fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower. It is suitable for groups of friends looking for a true Venetian experience, as well as families with children, and seniors with limited mobility looking for an easily accessible home away from the crowds.
It features wooden beamed ceilings, Venetian stucco walls and Venetian terrazzo floors. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including an efficient air conditioning system, independent heating, appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, etc.
We recommend the Palladio apartment to lovers of Venetian authenticity and those who want a beautifully restored apartment on the banks of a shimmering canal.

About the area
Venice, Italy, is a city that enchants its visitors with its distinctive blend of history, artistry, and romance. The city is uniquely constructed on over 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Instead of roads and cars, Venice is characterized by its waterways and gondolas, offering a truly unique urban experience.
St. Mark's Square stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks. It is home to St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. The basilica boasts stunning Byzantine mosaics while the palace showcases Gothic architecture and grand rooms adorned with art - both are symbols of Venice's rich historical heritage.
The Grand Canal is another must-visit attraction in Venice. A gondola ride along this major waterway provides breathtaking views of beautiful palaces and historic buildings lining its banks. For those passionate about art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an impressive collection of modern art from renowned artists like Picasso and Pollock.
Venice takes pride in its glassmaking industry located on the island of Murano where visitors can witness artisans crafting intricate glass pieces using age-old techniques.
The city also hosts several globally recognized events such as the Venice Biennale art exhibition and the Venice Film Festival which draw artists and celebrities worldwide.
For gastronomes, Venetian cuisine offers fresh seafood from the lagoon and traditional dishes like risotto nero (black risotto) made with cuttlefish ink.
In summary, Venice presents an irresistible mix of history, culture, artistic talent, gastronomy, and romance that makes it an ideal destination for any traveler.
