⚠️ Regarding the key collection for your stay:
Due to the City of Melbourne’s stringent regulations on lockbox usage, we’ve arranged an alternative for a hassle-free experience. To prevent the unpleasant surprise of a removed lockbox, as encountered by previous guests, your key will be available at a Key Exchange Service. This facility is conveniently located 6-min drive away from your apartment, ensuring a smooth start to your visit. The store opens Monday-Sunday 7AM-11PM
The Key Exchange Service also offers secure luggage storage, which can be especially helpful if you’re arriving before check-in or departing after check-out.
We recommend planning your arrival to include a stop at the Key Exchange Service. Most of our guests find it convenient to use Uber for this purpose. You can easily get an Uber to the Key Exchange Service, where it can wait while you collect your key, and then proceed to the apartment.
⚠️ Extra bedding:
Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable air mattress due to limited bed availability (2 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the air mattress. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!
