POOL HEAT: Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. *PLEASE NOTE* This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature. We heat to 82 degrees, however when temps drop below 55 degrees at night we cannot guarantee that the pool will retain that temperature.
SECURITY: For your safety, there are two outdoor cameras monitoring the entrances. One Ring Doorbell camera is located at the front door and a 2nd camera located near the side gate towards the outdoor dining area.
NOTE: This home does not allow parties or events and enforces the 10 person maximum. Guests must be 25 years of age to reserve.
