The Waterfront Chalet has a large landscaped yard, a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows, outdoor chairs and tables, lounge chairs, yard games, picnic table and a propane Weber BBQ for cooking your favorite meal. Paddle Boards are not included with the rental but are available to rent at Silver Lake Park.
Boat Rental is $25 per night. (Rental Availability is April- October)

We are pleased to offer free of charge guest WIFI at our properties. Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:

Note: This home is in the mountains and near a ski area and it is subject to inclement weather including excessive snow, Ice, wind and rain. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not refund guest money due to unforeseen power outages or loss of internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

We love pets and are glad that you’re bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person’s home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.

3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
