Casa Leuca is entirely set on the ground floor of a 19th-century villa. The entrance leads into a bright and spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling and a comfortable dining area.
To the left, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which has direct access to the garden (3 steps) and a gazebo furnished with a large table for 12 guests.
The modern kitchen includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerators, Nespresso machine, and a freezer. A dedicated laundry corner is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Next to the living room, there is a bathroom with a shower.

This cozy bedroom features two single beds (80x200) that cannot be joined. It is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Due to its size and bed configuration, it could be ideal for children.

This bedroom features a double bed (170x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Moreover, it opens directly to the back of the garden (4 steps) and gazebo. Like all the other rooms, it is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens.
