This ground floor corner unit is a 1 (queen) bedroom, 1 bathroom condo within steps of the National Forest. You can hear the waters of the Nooksack River from the back patio. Just out the back door is a trail to the river, a charcoal BBQ, and nearby clubhouse with pool and hot tub.
This condominium apartment has the best location in the entire community. It is not only quiet and private, but the nearby forest keeps the unit cool in the warm summer months. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace (we provide one bundle of wood) with rock hearth will keep you warm inside as you watch movies on the HDTV...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
