Stay at our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome (Villa Vaquero) and enjoy spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the convenience of being adjacent to Purgatory ski resort. Perfect for multiple families, the home has 3 separate living spaces (on different floors) each with a TV and seating as well an open Main Living Space and a fantastic deck with a hot tub, gas fire put, comfy seating and a BBQ Grill.
The home also features the expected amenities such as super fast Starlink WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage and a fully stocked kitchen. All the TVs are Smart and Roku is available to access streaming services.
The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the townhome.
