This contemporary 1st-floor apartment has panoramic views over the Gulf of Olbia from the front veranda and over unspoilt landscape from the rear terrace. It sleeps 6 people and is just a 3-minute drive from the beach. In a quiet location but close to many of the amenities visitors might need, the apartment is the ideal option for a relaxing vacation.
The spacious living area, with cool tiled floors, has double glass doors which lead out onto the large balcony. The balcony is partly shaded and acts as an extension of the living space. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs, for relaxed meals al fresco, or sundowners after a day on the beach. The balcony also has a sink and storage cupboards.
Back indoors, there is a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Location
The apartment is close to the village of Murta Maria (4 minutes) where guests will find smaller shops and some excellent seafood restaurants and cafés. Marina Maria Beach (10 minutes) is a centre for windsurfing and other watersports, including scuba diving and kayaking.
The beautiful beaches of Porto Istana are just 7 minutes away. From here you can see the famous island of Tavolara, which is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock (15 minutes).
The city of Olbia is just 20 minutes away by car. There is so much to see and do there, including the famous Basilica di San Simplicio. For self-catering, the city hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (20 minutes).
Olbia Airport is just a 15-minute drive.
