Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please leave your shoes at the entrance or in the designated area 🥾
- Please keep the environment and electricity prices in mind during your stay. Turn off or lower the heating when you're not at home and at checkout 💡
- Keep air vents open and use the bathroom and kitchen fans to ensure good air quality 🍳
- Please return any moved furniture and inventory to its original position 🛋
- Respect our neighbors and use common sense 🏘
- Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment without prior approval 👋
- If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us 📞
- We appreciate it if you tidy up before leaving and leave the apartment in the same condition you’d like to return to. Cleaning supplies are available in the apartment 🧹
- All guests are required to complete our guest portal prior to check-in, which includes (but is not limited to):
- ✔ Agreeing to our house rules
- ✔ Providing a valid ID for verification
- ✔ Authorizing a NOK 2,000 security deposit as a temporary hold
- 🐾 Bringing pets? A pet fee of 650 NOK per pet applies and must be paid in advance.
- 🚫 Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If it’s proven that a party has taken place during your stay, a penalty of 5,000 NOK will be charged.
- 🕓 Early check-in / late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. A fee applies to each. Please inform us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
- 🧳 Arriving early or leaving late? We offer luggage storage for your convenience.
- 👶 Traveling with children? We provide travel cots and high chairs upon request for 245 NOK per unit.
- 💳 Payment for any additional services must be made in advance via payment link.
