Padel is a striking 4-bedroom property completed in 2023, perched high on a rock just 40 metres from the water’s edge. A 200m² terrace, drop-design hot tub, and panoramic views create a setting designed for memorable stays. Guests have exclusive use of a wide sandy beach, a professional padel court, beach volleyball, and a sauna cottage by the lake. Inside, you’ll find contemporary interiors, a chef’s kitchen, and bright spaces that connect seamlessly with the outdoors, making it a perfect stay.
Padel combines modern design, generous space, and a lakeside location that feels both secluded and welcoming. Completed in 2023, the property sits 14 metres above the shoreline, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 10-metre-wide glass facade opening fully onto the terrace.
The main living area is arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, with a 65-inch OLED TV, Dolby Atmos sound, and seating for everyone to gather comfortably. From here, bi-folding doors lead out to the terrace, where you can take in views of the lake, the private beach, and the surrounding forest.
The kitchen is equipped with high-spec appliances, a full-length fridge and freezer, and all the essentials for cooking meals together. The dining area inside seats twelve, while an additional table on the terrace makes it easy to dine outdoors when the weather is good.
The main bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, a private terrace, a walk-in wardrobe, and a fireplace beside the bed. An en-suite bathroom with a dual rain shower and double sinks completes the space. Three additional bedrooms each feature flexible beds, smart TVs, and soft lighting.
A separate sauna cottage includes its own kitchenette, two beds in an alcove, a sofa bed, and a spacious wood-fired sauna with lake views. The garden cottage, available in summer, offers a fun place for children to sleep.
Outdoors, the 200m² terrace is set up for every part of the day. A drop-design pool, fire pit with hanging chairs, gas heaters, and lounge seating create plenty of space to spend time together. Just beyond, a gently sloping beach leads into the lake, with a pier, SUP boards, and a motorboat ready to use in summer.
The property also features a professional-standard padel court, a full-sized beach volleyball field, and a trampoline. Bikes, outdoor games, and fishing equipment are included, while a well-regarded frisbee golf course is just a short drive away.
Padel offers a comfortable base for families, groups, and small events, combining thoughtful design and a setting that makes it easy to enjoy time by the lake.
