Designed with a focus on sustainability and comfort, this villa provides a distinctive base for both relaxing stays and creative retreats.
The main villa’s living space feels open and calm, with high ceilings, Finnish designer furnishings, and a warm palette of natural materials. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted sea views, while the built-in Genelec sound system and advanced lighting can be tailored to any mood.
The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, an induction cooktop with a built-in extractor, and everything needed to prepare meals to share around the dining table for eight.
Three bedrooms in the main house and guesthouse offer flexible sleeping arrangements, all with blackout curtains and premium bedding. The guesthouse doubles as a TV lounge and workspace, making it a comfortable area for children or quiet reading.
