The property accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, including a mezzanine sleeping area and a sofa bed. Indoors, two living rooms provide space to gather. The main living area features a large wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating, while the second lounge offers a relaxed spot to watch TV. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area flows onto the terrace, where a charcoal grill and outdoor seating await. Half of the terrace is enclosed by glass, creating a conservatory ideal for enjoying long meals in any weather. The 8-person jacuzzi, set on the deck, is positioned for views of the water and trees. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV, an upstairs room with a double bed, a downstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a mezzanine area with two single sofa beds. The property has one full bathroom with a sauna and shower, plus an additional toilet upstairs. Outdoors, a private pier provides access to the lake, and guests can use the rowing boat, SUP board, and fishing gear. The forested setting is quiet and scenic, while Lohja’s services and Karkali Nature Park are just a short drive away. Mustikka also includes high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, air heat pumps for heating and cooling, and space to park multiple cars. In winter, please note the steep hill leading to the house; guests may need to use sand for traction or park below and walk the final distance. A Minut sensor on the patio monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times. PETS Pets are welcome at this property, with a maximum of two allowed per stay. STEEP HILL ON DRIVE The hill to the house is steep. In icy conditions it might be challenging to climb there. During winter we consistently plough the road after snowfall. However, sometimes road sand is needed. Should you have difficulty to move on the hill, please use the gravel and shovel placed at the top of the hill. Alternatively, you are welcome to park your car at the bottom of the hill on the side. The distance to the cottage from the bottom of the hill is approximately 0.8km.
