This one-of-a-kind, two-story family vacation home on the esteemed 500 block of Naples Park will be a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for your next South Florida holiday. Less than five years old, every detail is impeccably modern, top-of-the-line, and designed for serious enjoyment. Unlike most of Naples’ last-century ranch-style family homes, guests can enjoy the region’s breezes and spectacular sunsets from the upstairs balconies and great sun exposure in the backyard and pool area.
Four bedrooms and three baths provide ample space for up to eight guests. The gorgeous Master bedroom opens onto the terrace and swimming pool and has a canopy King bed and ensuite bath with twin granite-topped vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Bedroom two is cozy and private with a King bed and garden view, while upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen bunk with a double on top. Each bedroom has a private balcony, are joined by a private flex space and full bathroom.
In addition to its calming cool-toned coastal contemporary vibe, tray ceilings, recessed lighting, and shaker cabinetry and closets are found throughout the home. The central living area opens onto the pool-front terrace and is bright and welcoming, with designer furniture and a Smart entertainment center. The open kitchen is a foodie’s dream come true, with dozens of drawers and cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fabulous central island. A formal dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen, making nonstop entertaining a breeze. Enjoy Florida’s cool evenings BBQing outdoors, where a built-in gas grill, beverage bar, and prep sink are within easy reach of the terrace lounge area. And you’ll never tire of the open-air swimming pool with its sun shelf, waterfall feature, and lap area.
What’s more, this wonderful vacation oasis is within walking distance of Vanderbilt Bay and award-winning beaches. The white sands and turquoise waters at Vanderbilt Beach are less than one mile away. You’ll find plenty of parking, loungers, and umbrellas for rent, public bathrooms, and food concessions.
