Welcome to Shell Bound. This upscale four-bedroom home is a short walk to the beach and is perfect for your next vacation. A large open sun deck with plenty of patio furniture welcomes guests upon arrival, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas all have with vaulted ceilings. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is an absolute chef’s delight with quartz counter space and cabinets fully stocked. There is an island with cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 6-burner commercial style gas stove with grill and two ovens, double door refrigerator/freezer and built-in under-counter microwave oven. Just behind is the washer and dryer and a door that goes out and down a spiral staircase to the pool and patio area. From the kitchen the adjacent dining area has a table seating six with built-in buffet countertops. This flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with large wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity, corner walk-in shower, jetted tub with window overlooking the pool and patio below. The first guest bedroom has a single day bed with pull-out trundle, large flat screen TV. The adjacent is a half-bath. On the opposite side of the home the second guest bedroom has a full-size day bed and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom on this floor has 2 queen-size beds and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom with walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian.
