There’s a dedicated coffee bar and wine cooler adjacent to the kitchen and a second fridge on the lower level provides ample space for extra food storage, making it easy to cater to large groups or extended stays. The open living area has nesting sliding doors that lead out to over 700 SF of additional living space outdoors and an amazing pool area, complete with outdoor seating and an oversized outdoor flat screen tv to catch your favorite team or movie in the evenings by the pool. There is also an outdoor bathroom for your convenience while you enjoy all the outdoor amenities. Each bedroom in this residence is a private sanctuary, boasting its own en suite.
